New Year’s Resolutions are not just for individuals. They also exist for organizations that are moving in the same direction to accomplish a unified goal or purpose. Many of those plans lay out visions for 5, 10, or 25 years or longer. However, they all have to start with one year that begins to move them to accomplish the greater vision. As we turn our attention to Outreach/Discipleship over the next 5 years, we start by beginning in year 1 laying the foundation of further growth.
