Many have the erroneous belief that making a choice for Jesus is a one time thing. Once the act of choosing Jesus is taken, then a person can just sit back and cruise, knowing that their eternal destiny is secure. However, the thing about choosing Jesus is that it isn’t just a one time thing, but a continual choosing of Jesus in our day to day lives until He returns or we go to Him. The people of Israel were warned of this. Contained within this warning were 3 of the biggest pitfalls to their faith. They are the biggest ones to us, as well.
