With the ratification of the covenant with God, the people of God begin to move to a more formalized type of worship initiated by God Himself. The blueprint for all the structures and clothing used for the formal worship of God are significant because they represent the presence of God among the people who have vowed to follow Him. In the same way, today plans for formal settings of worship provide us the same opportunity to commune together and fulfill God’s command to worship Him and make disciples.
